We are a 'Boutique Catering Company' that specializes in corporate events and private home events with 20-500 guests.   Our style is one of contemporary elegance.  Our menus are constantly updated to offer you and your guests a wonderful culinary experience while enjoying your event!
 
We are known for our artfully designed food service tables that will enhance your catered event.  Please take a moment to view our photos throughout the web site for ideas on how we may help create the catered event of your vision.
 
We utilize organic and Alaskan Grown products, when available, in our menus, as well as compostable plates and silverware upon request.
 
We have just returned from our annual culinary adventure to Maui, Hawaii.  We picked up some great Hawaiian spices, as well as new and fresh ideas for catering elegant appetizer events, and new recipes from the cooking schools we attended.
 
We look forward to sharing our new and fresh experiences with you!
 
Are you looking for a special way to say 'Thank You' or 'Hope You Are Feeling Better'?  We now offer 'Personal Chef Dinner Delivery'.  A gourmet dinner for four is delivered within the Anchorage Bowl.  Pricing starts at $125.00.  An excellent way to make a great statement of your gratitude or compassion!
 
Our cooking classes are very popular, and a lot of fun!  Your location or ours ~ it is a great way to spend an evening with good friends and learn a new skill!  (i.e., bridal showers, birthdays, afterhours work groups, etc.)
