We are a team of professionals from the food service and hospitality industries. Our team has decades of combined experience in handling intimate gatherings to grand scale galas!

Our 'Core' Staff Members. We have over 50 staff members available for events, with the majority of Alaskan Native Shareholders and of Native American Indian descent...
Susie Linford - Susie is our Managing Member. Originally from San Diego, she moved to Alaska in 1993 to experience the 'Last Frontier' lifestyle and LOVES it!
Her vocation was in the telecommunications industry as an Engineer with US West, and eventually developed her own telecommunication cabling and design company in Anchorage.
She retired from telecommunications in 2001, and began a full time pursuit of her avocation ~ her love of the food service and event planning business. She has been active in this business since 1980, working part time as an owner of a small catering company in California.
She has since furthered her experience as the General Manager of one of Anchorage's largest catering companies, and as Director of Catering for a national hotel chain. Susie has designed and managed hundreds of weddings and corporate events in California and Alaska.
